By using Kado (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Kado is a free daily puzzle game. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape puzzle answers
• Abuse the Service in any way that disrupts other users
• Use automated tools to play or submit answers

3. Intellectual Property

All card artwork, puzzle content, and game design are owned by Tony Amaral-Cinotto. You may share your results and screenshots for personal or social use.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kado and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
